Francis Lampreau

Francis Lampreau is a proud member of Simpcw First Nation, with family ties to Neskonlith Indian Band through his mother’s side. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from Okanagan College and a Master of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University.

Before joining the First Nations Housing & Infrastructure Council (FNHIC), Francis worked in finance and accounting roles supporting First Nations, non-profit, and on-reserve organizations. He has experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, audits, and grant compliance, and previously served as Financial Controller for Adams Lake Indian Band and Executive Director of the BC Native Women’s Association.

At FNHIC, Francis brings his financial and organizational experience to support First Nations communities in strengthening their housing and infrastructure capacity. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
