Nanaimo - Asset Management Workshop

Join our hands-on Housing Asset Management Workshop—an interactive, two-day training where participants build practical skills through real First Nations housing examples, group activities, and expert guidance. Limited to 20 participants, this workshop equips you with tools you can take straight back to your community!

Participants will receive complimentary Breakfast and Lunch and a $300/per day honorarium.

Pro-rated hotel rates available.

Methodology

The workshop includes four modules delivered over two days. Each module walks participants through a key element of an asset management program using a series of hands-on activities, discussions, and presentations. Examples of real housing asset management initiatives from First Nation’s communities will be shared throughout.

In class, we will cover the material and engage in group discussions and exercises. It is a priority that students take home practical knowledge from these courses that they can utilize within their communities. We will be limiting class size to a max of 20.
